Home

The Home page is Sprigg's mission control. Everything you need day to day is on one screen: what's watering right now, today's per-zone plan with the reasoning behind it, your lawn's health score, and a two-week water timeline. On mobile, Home is the first tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Live Status Strip

A slim bar at the top of the Home page shows live irrigation status: the zone that's watering right now with a countdown and a Stop button, or the next scheduled run if nothing is running. On mobile, the same status line appears inside the Today's Plan band instead.

The strip also includes the mode toggle — switch between Active (auto-watering) and Audit (recommendations only) directly from the Home page. You no longer need to visit Settings to change modes.

Today's Plan

The hero card shows the AI-generated irrigation plan for today. For each zone you'll see:

  • Whether the zone is Watering, Resting, or Skipped
  • Recommended runtime in minutes and cycle count (for cycle-soak zones)
  • The reasoning behind each decision
  • Per-zone Skip and Water anyway actions, so you can override any single zone

In Active mode, the plan is executed automatically. In Audit mode, it serves as guidance for manual watering decisions.

At the bottom of the hero, the “Behind today's plan”collapsible expands into the full analysis: the AI's overall assessment, confidence level, and any overrides it applied.

Lawn Health

The Lawn Health band shows your score ring (0–100) with the top factors currently moving it, plus a 14-day score sparkline. The score considers disease risk, hydration and watering pace against your weekly target, fungicide coverage, and dormancy state.

Click the ring(or “Why this score?”) to open the full breakdown: every factor with its exact point contribution, vital-sign tiles (disease risk and trend, hydration, pace, fungicide coverage, streak), and the score trend chart.

14-Day Water Timeline

A combined chart covering the past week and the week ahead, in one view:

  • Rain — actual rainfall to date, plus forecast rain (translucent)
  • Irrigation — water your system actually applied, plus planned runs (translucent)
  • Calendar events — fertilizer, mowing, and other logged or scheduled activities marked on the timeline

This shows at a glance why Sprigg skipped a day (rain covered it) or scheduled extra water ahead of a dry stretch.

Quick Actions

A row of one-tap actions under the timeline (pinned within thumb reach on mobile): Water Now, Log Activity, Add Photo, and Ask Sprigg.

Right Rail

  • Conditions — current temperature, humidity, wind, sky conditions, and disease risk level
  • Next Up — upcoming lawn care events from your calendar, so you can plan your week
  • Water Savings — estimated water (and money) saved by Sprigg's skip decisions

Weekly Summary

A link at the bottom of the Home page takes you to the full weekly summary — a detailed report of the past week's irrigation activity, water usage, weather patterns, and AI decision history. Use this to review how Sprigg managed your lawn and spot any trends.
